Meeting Dates

The legislation which allowed the Council to meet remotely has now ended, with a High Court challenge to continue this arrangement proving unsuccessful. Whilst it is of course great to meet face to face – particularly after a period of lockdowns – access to remote meetings provides great flexibility and the ability to include those who for one reason or another might struggle to join in person.

If you need help in accessing a meeting please contact the Clerk, who will be pleased to assist.

Parish Council Meetings usually take place every other month and are held on the last Thursday of that month, albeit with some exceptions. They are held at Clapham and Patching Village Hall, commencing at 7.30 p.m.
